10 Front Squats (301 tempo),
Rest 60 seconds.

Strength(2):
5 Rounds:
10 DB Thrusters (301 Tempo on squat only),
10 Single Leg Barbell RDL (left leg, 301 tempo),
10 Single Leg Barbell RDL (right leg, 301 tempo),
10 Strict toes-to-bar (try tempo, but work to control negative),
Rest 60-90 seconds.
