2 x 200m Run (1 each),
200 Med Ball Twists (seated 20/14),
1 x 400m Run w/Med Ball (Together),
200 Med Ball Squats,
1 x 500m Row w/Partner Hanging (if fall, switch who's rowing),
200 Single-leg Single-unders,
2 x 250m Row (1 each),
2 x 500m Row (1 each).
