20 Hang Power Clean,
20 Alt Barbell Front Rack Lunges,
20 Push Jerk,
20 Back Squat,
100 Double-unders.

5 Minute Rest, Then:

For Time:
800m Run,
3 Minute Bar Hang (cumulative, two hands on the bar at all times).
*10 Burpee Penalty for coming off bar.
