Team WOD

In teams of 2, complete the following for time:

Partner 1: 800m Run,
Partner 2: AMRAP Calorie Bike,
Switch (1 run and bike each),
Then:
Partner 1: 800m Run,
Partner 2: AMRAP Calorie Row,
Switch (1 run and row each),
Then:
Partner 1: 800m Run,
Partner 2: AMRAP Burpees,
Switch (1 run and burpee set each),
Then:
100 Plate Ground-to-overhead (as a team).

*Score = Total Time (sec) / Total Reps (cal bike + cal row + burpee).
*Low score wins.
