Team WOD

In teams of 2, complete the following two metcons for (1) meters and (2) rounds + reps:

MetCon(1):
EMOM 16: 8 Alt Rounds (each):
Minute 1: Max Meters Rowed.
Minute 2: 10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35) + Rest.
*Score total meters rowed in 16 minutes.

Rest 4 Minutes, Then:

MetCon(2):
AMRAP 16:
Alternating Rounds of "Cindy".
"Cindy" = 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squat.
*Score total rounds + reps as a team.
