WOD Monday 12/30/19

Strength:
In 20 minutes build up to a heavy set of 2 x thru Bear Complex.
Work to complete in 5-7 sets, increasing weight each try.

2 x Bear Complex =
1 Power Clean,
1 Front Squat,
1 Push Press,
1 Back Squat,
1 Push Press,
Repeat.

*Squat clean and thrusters allowed.
*Bar for second power clean must be touch and go.

MetCon:
NLI "Speedy"
3 Rounds, For Time:
20 Wall Ball (20/14),
15 Toes-to-bar,
30 Double-unders.
