30 Push-ups,
25 Pull-ups,
20 Box Jumps (30/24),
Run 1 mile (together).

Option 2:
Individual Mini-Gaza:
3 Rounds:
35 KBS (53/35),
30 Push-ups,
25 Pull-ups,
20 Box Jumps (30/24),
Run 1 mile.

Rx-1 = 2 Rounds. There will be a 40 minute time cap to do two rounds.
