a. Take 10-15 minutes to find a heavy 5 strict weighted pull-ups and warmup deadlift.

b. EMOM 16:
Odd Min - 5 Deadlifts @ 65-70% 1RM.
Even Min - 3 Weighted Pull-ups @ heavy 5.
