Workout of the Day

WOD Friday 11/8/19

Strength:
Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5-5-5. Build up to a heavy 5 for the day.

MetCon (2 OPTIONS):

Option1: If doing CF OPEN 20.5 Saturday:

"Death by Burpees"
With a continuously running clock, perform:
1 Burpee in the first 60 sec,
2 Burpees in the second 60 sec,
3 Burpees in the third 60 sec,
...
Continuing this for as long as you are able.
If capped before 20 minutes, keep working till 20 minutes, but with air squats.

Option2: CF OPEN 20.5 (if not doing on Saturday). Note: Coaches only available to judge on Saturday.
