1 Mile Run (*1x800 each)
Then:
"Karen"
150 Wall Ball (20/14),
Then:
"Isabel"
30 Power Snatch (135/95),
Then:
"Grace"
30 Clean and Jerk (135/95),
Then:
1 Mile Run (*1x800m each).

*During your partners run, you will accumulate rowing calories. The team with the most calories rowed will get a 2 minute time bonus subtracted from final time.
