5 DB Hang Clean and Jerk (right arm),
5 DB One-Arm OHS (right arm) ,
5 DB Hang Clean and Jerk (left arm),
5 DB One-Arm OHS (left arm),
200 ft Farmer Carry (AHAP),
Rest remainder of the 2 minutes.

* Sub OHS with front rack squat.
* With the right weight, each round should take 1:30 with less rest as you move forward.
