IN-HOME WOD Saturday 3/28/20

We will be doing a group ZOOM workout at 9:30am.

If you can not join at 9:30am, you can still perform this. There are many tabata apps on the phone or watch a timer.

Perform a Tabata interval (8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest) of each movement, for a total of 5 movements. Each Tabata is followed by 2 minutes of rest. Score for each movement is the total reps for those 8 rounds of that movement.

Tabata Jumping Step-ups (alternating),
2 Minute Rest,
Tabata DB (or object) Snatch (alternating),
2 Minute Rest,
Tabata Bottom-to-Bottom Squats (rest in a squat),
2 Minute Rest,
Tabata Sit-ups,
2 Minutes Rest,
Tabata Dips.
