Then:
35 Rounds:
4 Alternating V-ups,
3 Push-ups,
2 Ali Shuffle 1 1/4 Squats,
Then:
Cash-out: 35 Sit-ups.

*At 10 Rounds - 35 Double-unders or Jumping Jacks.
*At 20 Rounds - 35 Skater Hops.
*At 30 Rounds - 35 Mountain Climbers.
