WOD Wednesday 8/9/17

1-1-1-1-1 Snatch. Build up to a heavy 1 for the day.

4x :30 second Wall Facing Handstand Holds (have a partner spot). Working on stacked/straight body line positioning. After that work, take 10-15 minutes to work on handstand walks or continue practice on the wall for smaller intervals.
