Oly:
Clean and Jerk - Find a heavy 1 for the day. After 60%, increase 3-5% each set.

Strength:
a. 5-5-10-10-10 Bench Press (find max 10 rep).
b. 4 sets of 7 pistols/leg. Go unbroken 7 each side (not alternating).
