Strength(1):
4 Rounds, NFT:
5 Deadlift @70%, immediately followed by:
10 Single-leg Deadlift / Leg (use DB's or KB's).

*warm-up to 70% deadlift before starting 4 sets.

Strength(2):
Max Bar Hang - 2 attempts.

Strength(3):
3 Rounds / Leg:
50 Single Leg Jump Rope, then:
60 sec Single Leg Balance (with eyes closed!).
