Oly:
EMOM 13:
Minutes 1-2: 4 Power Snatch @60%.
Minute 3: Rest / Change Weights.
Minutes 4-6: 3 Power Snatch @70%.
Minute 7: Rest / Change Weights.
Minutes 8-10: 2 Power Snatch @80%.
Minute 11: Rest / Change Weights.
Minutes 12-13: 1 Power Snatch @90%.

Strength/Oly:
5 Rounds of 5 Way Barbell Complex. Increase weight each round:
1 Round = 2x thru the following without dropping the bar:

5 Deadlift, then
5 Bent-over-row, then
5 Hang Clean, then
5 Front Squat, then
5 Push Press.

Extra Credit:
2x:40 sec Hollow Holds.
2x:40 sec Archer Holds.
