10 Strict Handstand Push-ups.

*sub strict hspu with 3 min cap strict, kip 1:1, or strict press 95/65.

Tabata Row (Cal),
Rest 1 Minute,
Tabata Air Squats,
Rest 1 Minute,
Tabata Pull-ups,
Rest 1 Minute
Tabata Sit-ups,
Rest 1 Minute,
Tabata Assault AirBike (Cal).

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight intervals. Complete each movement for full tabata before moving to next movement.

Post score for each exercise and total sum.
