Strength:
Build up to a heavy 5 weighted chin-up, then complete 4 more sets of 5 reps at that heaviest weight. Rest as needed between sets to get the 5 reps each set.

15 Lateral Burpees-over-bar,
10 Deadlifts (185/115),
Then:
2 Rounds:
50 Double-unders,
10 Hang Power Clean (115/75),
Then:
2 Rounds:
15 Lateral Burpees-over-bar,
10 Shoulder-to-overhead (115/75).

*One bar. Pull off weights for second two movements.
