Athlete chooses weight. Refer to last week.
Work to increase weight maintaining form.

MetCon:

15 Goblet Squats (53/35),
20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35),
10 Deadlift (1.5/1.25 x bodyweight),
20 Burpees-over-bar (lateral).
