MetCon:
20 Thrusters (95/65),
20 Hang Power Cleans,
20 Push Press,
20 Overhead Squats,
20 Front Squats.
EMOM - 5 Burpees-over-bar (lateral).

*Cap Burpees at 12 minutes and complete reps.
