WOD Wednesday 11.4.15


Strength:
a. Thruster 10-10-10-10-10. In 20 minutes, build up to a heavy 10.
b. 3x20 Alternating KB Snatch. Work on technique. Can increase weight each set. Post heaviest set of 20.

MetCon:
5 Minute Max Cal Bike Test.

Stabilization:
Accumulate 4 minutes in a plank within a 6 minute window.
