WOD Wednesday 10/12/16

Heavy "Grace":
30 Clean and Jerk, For Time (10 minute cap).

*Athlete will choose the weight. Standard Rx for "Grace" is 135/95. If you have Rx'd in the past, try any weight heavier that allows you to complete under 10 minutes.

EMOM 16 (Alternate Minutes, 8 RDS Each):
Odd Min - 8 Strict Ring Dips.
Even Min - 15-20 Sit-ups.
