*Athlete will choose the weight. Standard Rx for "Grace" is 135/95. If you have Rx'd in the past, try any weight heavier that allows you to complete under 10 minutes.

Odd Min - 8 Strict Ring Dips.
Even Min - 15-20 Sit-ups.
