WOD Tuesday 8/15/17

Bench Press 1x5@40%, 1x5@50%, 3x12-15@60%. Last two weeks we set a baseline. Try to add 5+ lbs this week for the final 3 sets. If you only did 12 reps @60%, keep the weight and work for 15 reps.
