Minutes 4-6: 5 Bar Muscle-up.
Minutes 7-9: 4 Power Snatch (115/75).
Minutes 10-12: 4 Bar Muscle-up.
Minutes 13-15: 3 Power Snatch (135/85).
Minutes 16-18: 3 Bar Muscle-up.

Gymnastics:
a. 4 x :30 sec Hollow Hold with :30 Rest.
b. 4 x :30 sec Archer Hold with :30 Rest.
