In 20 minutes, find a 1RM Front Squat.
Sample progression: 5@50%, 5@60%, 3@70%, 3@80%, 1@85%, 1@90%, 1@Max Attempt. Go by feel and must show good posture. As always, a good lift is a clean lift!
