Station 3 - :50 sec Plank Hold.

Strength/MetCon:
EMOM 20 (5 Rounds):
Minute 1 - 10 Deadlift (Approx 50% 1RM).
Minute 2 - 12/10 Calorie Row.
Minute 3 - 10 Handstand Push-ups.
Minute 4 - Rest.
*Note deadlift weight.
