WOD Tuesday 2.9.16

Strength:
a. Bench Press 1x5@50%, 1x5@60%, 1x5@70%, 2x4@80%.
b. Kettlebell Swings 3 sets of 20 unbroken swings. Warm-up with lighter weights, but make 3 unbroken sets AHAP. Rest as needed between sets.

MetCon:
8 Rounds:
3 Power Clean (135/85),
3 Front Squat,
3 Push Jerk,
5 Burpees.
*If bar is dropped during a round, add 3 burpees to end of the round.
*Compare to 4.30.14.
