WOD Tuesday 2.23.16

Gymnastics (20 Minutes):
Ring Muscle-up Progressions (you know they will be in the Open!):
a. 5 Minutes: False Grip Sup Pull-ups (Get in 8-10 reps each).
b. 5 Minutes: Jumping To Catch.
c. 10 Minutes: Raising Rings/Jumping + Catching/Attempting. If you are still working to progress, use this 10 minutes to complete 5 sets of 10-15 second ring support holds.

Oly:
EMOM 8:
3 Hang Power Clean + 2 Front Squat. AHAP for technique.

Strength:
Push Press 5@50%, 5@60%, 5@70%, 2x4@80%.
