Review DB Snatch and Accumulate 50 Alternating Reps (50/35).

Strength(2):
Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5. Find 5 rep max for the day.

MetCon:
For Time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Pull-ups,
20 Double-unders after each set of pull-ups.

Rx+= CTB Pull-ups.
