Minutes 1-3: 3 Squat Clean (115/75).
Minute 4: Rest / Add weights.
Minutes 5-7: 2 Squat Clean (135/95).
Minute 8: Rest / Add Weights.
Minutes 9-11: 1 Squat Clean (155/105).
Minute 12: Rest / Add Weights.
Minutes 13-15: 1 Squat Clean (185/135).
Minute 16: Rest / Add Weights.
Minutes 17-19: 1 Squat Clean (225/155).

Gymnastics:
a. 5x10 Toes-to-bar. Work to go unbroken and making contact with elbows. Rest as needed between sets.
b. 5x max handstand walk distance. Do we see this in the open? Maybe.
