Oly:
Snatch 1x3@50%, 1x3@60%, 3x3@70%, 2x2@80%. Lifts do not need to be touch & go, but few seconds between pulls.

Strength/Gymnastics:
4 Rounds, Not For Time:
5 Ball-ups,
5 Strict HSPU (sub kipping or 25 sec hs hold),
25 Sit-ups,
10 Alternating Pistols (sub 30 air squat).

*Rx+ = Add deficit to the hspu and hold KB (AHAP) for pistols.
