Minute 1 - 10 Power Snatch (75/55) + Rest.
Minute 2 - :30 Bar Hang + Rest.
Minute 3 - 15 Wall Ball (20/14) + Rest.
Minute 4 - 150m (end of building) Farmer Carry (KB's or DB's AHAP).
Minute 5 - Rest.
Minute 6 - Rest.
