Strength:
Make 3 attempts at each of the following:
a. Max Set Toes-to-bar (sub knees-to-elbow or hanging knee raises).
b. Max Set Ring Dips (scale with a band and note reps/band color).
c. Broad Jump (for distance).

*Rest as need between sets.
