Minute 1 - 1 Legless Rope Climb (from seated position).
Minute 2 - :20 L-sit Hold.

*Substitute 1 Rope Climb (with seated start), and L-sit with knees bent.

MetCon:
5 Rounds, For Max Reps:
1 Minute Max Cal Row,
1 Minute Max Power Clean (135/85),
1 Minute Max Burpee-over-bar,
2 Minute Rest.

*Score each round and total reps.
