EMOM 12 (alternate rounds, 6 of each):
Minute 1 - 1 Legless Rope Climb (from seated position).

*Substitute 2 Rope Climbs (with seated start) or 4 standing to sitting (using legs to assist as little as possible), and L-sit with knees bent.

150 Double-unders (300 singles),
10 Rounds of "Cindy"

*1 Round of Cindy = 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats.
