Clean complex: In 5-6 sets, build to a heavy 1 of:
1 Power Clean,
1 Front Squat,
1 Clean,
1 Split Jerk (pause 2 seconds in the split position).

MetCon:
In teams of 2, complete:
10 Alternating Rounds (5 each), For Time:
400m Run,
20 Sit-ups.
