Min 1-5: 3 Power Clean @65%.
Min 6-10: 2 Power Clean @75%.
Min 11-15: 1 Power Clean @85%.

Strength:
a. 10x3 Strict HSPU (sub less reps, kipping, add mats, or :20 sec holds, rest as needed, cap 15 min).
b. 10x3 Strict Weighted Pull-ups (AHAP, BW, or with a band that allows 3 reps, rest as needed, cap 15 min).
