WOD Thursday 7/11/19

Strength:
4 Rounds, NFT:
1 Power Snatch,
10 Unbroken Overhead Squat,
1 Power Clean,
12 Alternating Barbell Front Rack Lunges,
Rest.

*Athlete chooses weight. Use the same weight for each set or can go up last few sets if can handle more.
*Ok to put bar down after OHS, but pick up for lunges as soon as possible. Point is to grind through a set of OHS and Lunges, and then rest.
