Not For Time (AHAP):
8 Turkish Get-ups (left),
Rest 2 min,
8 Turkish Get-ups (right),
Rest 2 min,
4 Turkish Get-ups (left),
Rest 1 min,
4 Turkish Get-ups (right).

MetCon:
EMOM (X):
2 Squat Cleans (115/75),
(X) TTB.

(X) is the number of rounds you are on. So in round 1, perform 2 squat cleans and 1 TTB. In round 5, complete 2 squat cleans and 5 TTB. Once you cannot finish a round perform 5 deadlift + 2 burpees every minute until all athletes are eliminated.
