Oly:
5x2+3 of 2 Hang Power Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats. In 5 sets, build up to heavy set of the complex.

MetCon:
AMRAP 12:
12 Plate OH Lunges (45/25, in-place),
10 Ball Slam (30/20),
9 Pull-ups.

Gymn:
5x10 Strict Ring Dips. Rest as needed between sets.
