Even Min - 40 Double-unders.

10 Strict Hanging Knee Raises (up as far as you can/down as slow as you can),
15 DB/KB Row (each arm, AHAP),
25 Wall Ball (20/14, shoot to go unbroken).
10 Strict Ring Dips.
