a. 2 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean (20 min Cap):
5x(2+1) - increase weight each set to find a heavy 1 of the sequence.

b. 1 Power Snatch + 3 Overhead Squat (15 min Cap):
5x(1+3) - increase weight each set to find a heavy 1 of the sequence.

MetCon:
In teams of 3, Row 3K for time, alternating every 250m. Go Hard!
