Minutes 1-3: 3 Squat Snatch (95/65).
Minute 4: Rest / Add weights.
Minutes 5-7: 2 Squat Snatch (115/75).
Minute 8: Rest / Add Weights.
Minutes 9-11: 1 Squat Snatch (135/95).
Minute 12: Rest / Add Weights.
Minutes 13-15: 1 Squat Snatch (155/105).
Minute 16: Rest / Add Weights.
Minutes 17-19: 1 Squat Snatch (185/135).

Gymnastics:
a. 4x2 Skin-the-cats.
b. 5x10 Toes-to-bar. Work to go unbroken. Rest as needed between sets.
