Strength:
Press 5@45%, 5@55%, 5@65%, 4@75%, Max Reps @85%.

3 Rounds of "Barbara", For Time:
20 Pull-ups,
30 Push-ups,
40 Sit-ups,
50 Squats,
*3-minute rest after each round (you watch the clock and add the rest into your final time).

Extra Credit:
Accumulate 50 Light Hang Muscle Cleans (75/55 or lighter). Focus on speed and getting your elbows around fast.
