Team WOD

In teams of 3, complete for time:

1000m Run (as a team),
110 Pull-ups,
220 Push-ups,
330 Air Squats,
1000m Run (as a team).

*Partition movements anyway between athletes. You may also start pull-ups before all athletes are back from first run, and athletes may start final run early while teammates finish final reps of air squats. Time is when last athlete finishes the run.
