12 Alternating Rounds (6 Each) of:

15 Wall Ball (20/14),

10 Med Ball Burpee + Step-over (20''),

15 Alt Med Ball OH Lunges (In place, 20/14).

Then:

100 KBS (53/35),

Then:

50 Push-ups,

Then:

200 Sit-ups.
