In teams of 2, complete for time:

8 Alternating Rounds (4 each):
8 Plate Ground-to-Overhead (45/25),
48' (2x24') Plate OH Walking Lunge.

Then:

8 Alternating Rounds (4 each):
12 Push-ups,
72' (3x24') Bear Crawls,
12 Med Ball Box Step-overs (20/14, 24''/20'').

Then:

200 Air Squats (total as a team).
