In teams of 3, complete for rounds+ reps, and calories rowed:

AMRAP 24:
10 Wall Ball (20/14),
10 KBS (53/35),
150m Run.

Max Calorie Rower.

P1 will complete the 10/10/150 while P2 will row max calories and P3 will be resting. When P1 finishes, they move to rower, P2 will rest, and P3 begins the 10/10/150. Games scoring (placing in 10/10/150 + placing for max cal rowed - females will be given score multiple of 1.25 for row).
