In teams of 2, complete for rounds and reps:

AMRAP 28:
Total Rounds of:
6 Pull-ups,
12 Push-ups,
18 Air Squats.

Plus total 400m Runs complete.

P1 starts by completing as many rounds of the 6/12/18 and P2 runs 400m. Then P2 will continue the 6/12/18, and P2 will run 400. And continue. Final score will be the total rounds and reps of 6/12/18 + number of 400m runs completed as a team.
